I’ll be moving from the west coast to the east coast soon, and I don’t really know how to dress for cold weather. What are some of the best ways to tie a scarf in places where it’s actually cold? I’m really interested to hear scarf ties that can easily be pulled up to cover your mouth since I get wind burn easily.
