Are "watercolor" tattoos still in style, or were they a total flash in the pan?
Personally, I always liked them, but I feel like I never see them anymore.

Water tattoos are DEFINITELY still around. Having two small kids like I do, we end up (or used to end up) in a lot more kid-friendly events where they were everywhere. The other thing that is very popular and widespread are henna tattoos. I've seen so many of these pop-up stores and farmer's market tables in the last couple of years.
