There is no cure or treatment for color blindness, no.
Over the years there have been attempts to produce results that try to enhance color perception, but results vary depending on the level of color blindness. There are a brand of glasses, EnChroma, that attempt to remedy color blindness with how light falls on the retina, but it is not a cure, and it's not effective for all color blindness. There are other types of color blind glasses with different degrees of effectiveness, but none are fully effective, none are cures, they may be variations of tinted glasses that enhance how a color appears, heighten the perception of color, but there are no guarantees - either they help or not, and the only way to know is to try the glasses.
