My fiancé and I baked a homemade apple pie about 3 weeks ago. I have one small piece left in the refridgerador and was wondering if it is still good to eat. Does homemade apple pie get bad and if so, how long after you bake it?

Haha, thanks Kathleen! I had a feeling it was too old. I just tossed it out.
Toss that baby out. Common opinion is that apple pie will last a couple days on the counter, and 2 to 3 days more in the fridge. One week and it might be good, but 3 weeks is not safe. It's best to always err on the side of caution when it comes to food storage, and don't take risks. I suggest that advice.
For the next time, you can freeze the pie if you have some left over. Wrap it up securely and it can store for 3 months. Then just defrost the pie and reheat in the oven for 20-30 minutes at about 325-350F.
