Can I put frozen meat in the slow cooker?
I get conflicting advice online. Sometimes I have a last-minute idea from the freezer.

You should not put frozen meat in the slow cooker. It heats too slowly and bacteria can grow. If you have an instant pot/multi-cooker, you can pressure cook the meat and then switch to slow cook.
