Recipes for roasted pumpkin seeds?
For the last few years, my roommate has wanted to carve a pumpkin and roast the seeds. For various reasons, it hasn't happened yet. But this is our year! I know how to roast the seeds in the oven, but I am wondering what might be some interesting/tasty spices to add (garlic, parmesan, cinnamon sugar, bbq rub etc.) Do you have any interesting or unusual combos to share?
