How do you take care of yourself physically while adjusting to working at home?
I can't quite afford the stand up desk I'm used to from my office, but I'd love to make an at home set up that leaves my body feeling taken care of. Looking to hear about other people's set up as well as any other tactics for working at home.

I have a suggestion for a standup desk for you that might work for what you're missing. I've been working at home for awhile as I'm semi-retired, and wanted a worktable but didn't want to spend the money. So, I got inventive. I bought a heavy duty moving box and set it up on a regular table, cutting it down to the height I needed, and used the extra cardboard to "fill" the inside with "braces" across inside that I taped in to secure them. That made the box good and strong. Then I went to Home Depot and got a piece of finished/sanded plywood cut to the size I wanted for my worktable, which turned out to be 24 x 36. I finely sanded the wood again at home, and just used an acrylic spray sealer to seal the wood to make a smoother finish. Then I placed an old t-shirt on top of the cardboard box (to keep to wood from slipping) and set the wood on top of the box, and voila, I had a worktable. I used that worktable for about 5 years, it was sturdy and reliable, and the only reason I didn't keep using it was because I was moving. I'd do it again in a pinch, it worked great. It cost about $20 all told.
As for working at home, it can be hard to get motivated since being at home is normally the place for respite. So I'd made sure to set up a separate area, doesn't have to be a big area, just a spot that's identity becomes "work," and that made it easier.
