When I was a kid I used to play the recorder, I loved it! My parents, however, absolutely could not stand it and “sent it to a farm upstate”. When I was youger, I didn’t quite understand, but now I realize that they weren’t trying to suppress my instrumental ability, it was just horribly annoying! Now I’m looking to pick up a new instrument and am wondering which to undertake. I always liked wind instruments, but would be open to anything. Something practical, not pricey and easy to learn. Any tips?
