How will xCloud work, and what will the experience be like compared to local games?

I've been compiling a list of questions/ideas for the upcoming xCloud launch. Here is what I'd like to know or suggestions I give for feature requests:

 

  1. If the connection drops, does game pause like the controller disconnected?
  2. When you back out of the app, will it have the Xbox shutoff?
  3. Can you login and do something, and logout and have it still be AFK fishing at home? (Black Desert Online)
  4. If streaming live, will my tv at home show the gameplay?
  5. If so, could you have a split-screen game go to tv, and to the phone as different screens?
  6. Can you play your personal xcloud locally without using internet bandwidth? Like Nvidia shield, or Wii U.

 

Does anybody out there know the answers? Also, how do I give suggestions to people that don't get lost completely in the noise?
