What are some card games you can play without a full deck?

I'm going to be spending some time with my family and I'd like to play some card games with them but I've lost some of the cards in my deck and I won't have any opportunities to get a new deck before then. Are there any games I can play with my deck as is?

The first game that comes to mind is that guessing game, where all the players are dealt a card, and they don't look at it, but hold it up to their head, and each take turns trying to guess what card you're holding up to your head. You first try to guess the color, and then face card or number card, then number.  The other players can offer hints, but it's a little more fun if you're just guessing.

There's also a Short Deck Hold'em, where you remove a group of cards, from 2 to 5 from the deck. Or, whatever cards you are missing, pull that card out from all the suits and play without them. So, if you're missing a Queen of Hearts, a 7 of Diamonds, and a 3 of Clubs, remove all the Queens, all the 7s, and all the 3s.

And another Short Deck option would be to play a version of gin rummy and instead of using numbers to match, use same suit to create a three or four of a kind - 3 hearts and 4 clubs for example.
