Every day after a workout I look forward to my cold, and refreshing post workout smoothie. My favorite to create includes spinach, bananas, pineapple, ginger, chia seeds, and collagen powder.  Give me some new ideas, what are your favorite ingredients to add to your post workout smoothie?
