    Good pizza is never over-rated, but, is even good pizza worth an eight-and-a-half hour drive?

    Likely not. 

    If you're willing to put in that much time and gas, why not go to Chicago instead?  You can not only get great pizza, you can see the Windy City in Autumn and have an actual vacation.
