How much will the Covid vaccine cost?

I'm interested in the new COVID vaccine that's shipping out here soon. I have basic insurance through my job, but with it being is such limited supplies, I'm worried it might be expensive. Does anyone know how much it might cost?

    $0.

The federal government is providing the vaccine free of charge to all people living in the United States, regardless of their immigration or health insurance status.

  2. It won't cost anything, the vaccine is free whether you have insurance or not.

What I have seen though are pharmacies asking people to bring their insurance or Medicare ID cards - which they would charge the insurance company. But they specifically state the vaccine is free to you, no matter what.

Frankly, I'd just go without the ID card to avoid any issues -  the vaccine will not cost you anything.
