What kind of cameras are used to film nature documentaries?
The nature documentaries that ahve been produced in recent years have amazing footage of animals in hard to reach places. What kind of cameras/technology are used to capture this footage from several angles without disturbing the animals?

The cameras used on these projects ranges from project to project, but with great cameras getting smaller, a lot of big documentaries will use cinema cameras that shoot at least 4K now. By having smaller cameras to work with they can hide them better or mount them in move convient places. Also drone footage is being heavily relied on in modern nature documentaries to get those long sweeping shots.
