I’m afraid that you are seeking something of a unicorn here.

Things that are easy to create fall into two general categories:
    1. Things that you are experienced at creating and possess a degree of talent for doing. They are easy for you but not most other people.

    2. Things that are easy for most people to create.

People are generally willing to buy things that they perceive as valuable, meaning that the consumer considers the item to be rare, difficult to create, or of suitable quality and also is useful. Something that is easy to make by nearly anyone isn’t valuable unless it is extremely inexpensive.

This is the attraction of simple craft projects - that anyone who is willing to gather the materials and follow the directions can get good results. It is fun and relaxing and requires little skill.

If an item inspires the reaction “That’s nice, but I could make that myself,” then people will only buy that item if it costs very little money, particularly if making it is time consuming. In essence it becomes an impulse buy.

Charging lower, enticing prices introduces the problem of making any profit at all. Even artists and crafts people who are highly skilled often have problems finding the right price point. They have to charge enough so that after buying materials and paying the costs of doing business they are still earning enough to bother selling their work, but not charging so much as to kill off sales.

If it simply seems like a fun thing to do, make craft items and give them away as gifts or accompanying a purchased gift.
