Am I experiencing covid induced social anxiety?

Usually I love interacting with people, hanging out with friends or strangers, laughing and talking nonsense! Since COVID, I rarely meet new people, but when I do, I’ve noticed I’m drastically more anxious during these encounters. I don’t know what to say, I feel like I’m giving bad vibes and I spend the whole time in my head thinking these thoughts! I’ve always been a little anxious previously, but it was always manageable, but now it’s a little too much for me. Is it just that I am so out of practice meeting new people and having social interactions, or is this something that will stuck with me after we return to a more “normal” state of affairs?
