Do you have a mantra?

With Covid and quarantine, I am experiencing heightened anxiety. I know many people are and I am not alone in this. Someone recently suggested adopting a mantra to help center and calm oneself when your mind starts racing. I have noticed that deep breathing and repeating "all will be well" helps me.

 

Just wondering if any of you practice such a technique, and if you have any mantras you use.
