  1. First, you need to make your left hand and arm stronger. I did dribbling drills in the basement of my house so both hands were equally capable. Eventually, I was able to shoot a foul shot successfully from the foul line even though it was my "weak" hand.


    Look for dribbling drills and do extra sets with your left. 50-100 reps at a time. 


    When you play, focus on defense. Really become the best defensive player while your right hand fracture heals. This means a) tireless defensive crouch (strong quads and hamstrings and lower back) and b)arms and hands up and ready to annoy the opponent before and during the time they have the ball. Ideally, whomever you guard never even gets the ball. 


    Practice, practice, pracie, and always look to play with players who are better than you.
