All of the best movies I've seen (and also most of my favorite movies) were made in the 90s and early 00s. I'm not a huge movie person, but am wondering if anyone has a list of some of the most underrated movies from that time period? Of course the popular and extremely highly rated movies I've seen, but would like to try and find some more gems in the rough.
