Can you replace the shell, the case of a Macbook Pro from 2009/2010?
I have a macbook pro from 2010 that still has software and files on it that I can use, but I had dropped the case a few years ago and one by one some things stopped working - airport and some of the keys don't work. Is there a way to take the innards (don't know the right word there, I'm not tech savvy) and just replace the case?
Adding more info - it's the 15" and after checking further, I think it's called the unibody case, and it's the top case, with keyboard.

Do you know if it's the top shell or bottom shell that needs replacing? Either way, level of difficulty is going to be extremely hard. But if you're interested in doing it, iFixit is always the best source for full walkthroughs on replacing or repairing Macbooks.
Assuming it's a 13" Macbook pro, you'd use this walkthrough to replace the top shell, for example:

If it's a different model, let me know in the comments and I can find the right repair guide for you. Like I said, though, not for the faint of heart!
