What is the decision process for how the Southern military bases named after Confederates will change their names? Will public input be considered?
I don't understand how flying confederate flags in the US is legal in 2020 in the first place but I don't understand how military bases can be named after Confederates. I am wondring if people (us civilians) have any say in this ?
