What does "out for delivery" really mean on my Amazon order? A lot of times it looks like my order is really sitting in a warehouse and I'm being lied to!
It can say out for delivery for multiple days!!

"Out for delivery" means it reached it's final destination city and is on the final transit to get to you - it means it's on somebody's truck or van for delivery. It shouldn't be sitting in a warehouse, they aren't lying, but it can miss delivery to you for other reasons. Sometimes delivery may go to a subcontractor and I've found at times that they aren't as timely. But you are the next destination when they post "Out for Delivery."
