While all of  the sharks do say "I'm out" - they tend to say it in their own way. Lori usually explains why, and sometimes say "for that reason, I'm out." Both Mark and Lori do give an explanation before saying they are out. Lori often explains why it isn't a good fit for her, or why she wouldn't be a good shark for their needs. Kevin rants a bit, sometimes insults them and says he's out, he is more blunt than any of the other sharks. Robert lectures a bit before saying he's out, Daymond often explains before he goes out, and by my recall, he, more than the other sharks, warn people that they're going to lose an offer, and then he'd go out. Barbara does a little of both, sometimes explaining and sometimes just saying she's out. They all have their own way, but most of the time they all give some kind of a little speech before going out. I think both Mark and Lori do a very courteous and justification exit speech for their position, so they explain thoroughly why.
