    I am a Real Estate Broker in South Carolina, recently joined The Sage Board.  I use UPSTATE CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY for all my listings.

    Their Basic Real Estate Photography package starts at $130 for properties up to 2,000 sqft. and increase by $30 per 500sqft. 
    Included in Basic Real Estate Photography package are:
    - Photographs of several views and angles of the exterior of any property 
    - An appropriate number of interior photographs, to include, but not limited to, view(s) of each bedroom, bathroom, living areas, etc. 
    - Sky replacements for all exterior photos 
    - Professionally post processed photographs formatted for MLS, including print release 
    - Virtual tour of the property to including downloadable and embeddable link
