Should Facebook be broken up due to anti-trust concerns?

With their complete dominance in the industry, the complete breadth of user information and data that they indirectly sell for advertising, etc., this sure feels like a monopoly to me. When they acquire companies like Instagram, etc, how do they get that through anti-trust approvals??
