Having trouble with Facebook

I received an email saying my Facebook account is disabled. Now I just want to delete the account permanently. How do I do that?  I can't even get into my account. There's no customer service at FB. Help please!

    Hi Liz,

     

    This could be a "phishing" email trying to get you to login to your Facebook account and steal your password. Or it could be legitimate and you can easily solve the problem by going to Facebook, performing a password reset, and then canceling your account.
