How to be less clumsy

I didn't know what topic to put this under. Basically I feel like I am constantly knocking things over and breaking things. E.g., I knocked over a glass of water that spilled all over my bed, broke a plate that shattered on the ground, etc. Any tips to be less clumsy?

Yeah, me too!  But I can blame old age, and I sense that you are young.  Perhaps you need a better mind-body integration.  I know, that sounds like woo-woo New Age BS, but there is something to it.  If we spend too much time "inside our mind", it is unsurprising that out reflexes, coordination and dexterity suffer.  Balancing exercises (like in yoga) can help a lot; it can be alarming at first if your balance is off, but with practice comes assurance and better performance.  I find that static or slow balance is extremely difficult for me, but I find joy in dynamic balance exercise, like sprinting, hurdling or trail running.  Of course, that can be hazardous -- I have a few scars from tripping over roots -- but hazards make it interesting, don't you think?  Life shouldn't be too safe.
