Hi, that's great you've been called back.  You're probably meeting higher level managers in the group as part of the interview.  Expect similar questions as in the 1st interview but there may be more questions about your style of work to make sure that you are a cultural fit with the group/company.

Since they've called you back for a second, you passed the technical aspects of them feeling that you can do the job.  I would go in their believing you are a rock star because they brought you back (of course not in an arrogant way).  This is now seeing if you can build chemistry with the people in this round.  Make sure you have a list of questions that ask about culture of the group and company in this go around.

  2. A lot of this depends on your industry - second interviews for tv/film are very different for google/fb!

That said, you've passed the first hurdle, and now employers are generally looking to differentiate between qualified candidates.  Who fits in with their culture, how you approach problem solving, do you have the specific skill sets or combination of attributes that make you the right candidate.

The best advice here, I think, is to be yourself authentically.  Don't try to game the system - instead build a rapport with the interviewing team, and ask good questions about the company and the role they are hiring for.  Learn as much from them as they learn from you at this stage.

    Good luck!
