    The general instructions for how to enable Play Store on a Chromebook are as follows.

     

    1. At the bottom right, select the time.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. In the 'Google Play Store' section, next to 'Install apps and games from Google Play on your Chromebook', select Turn on.Note: If you don't see this option, your Chromebook doesn't work with Android apps.
    4. In the window that appears, select More.
    5. You’ll be prompted to agree to the Terms of Service. When you’ve read and agreed, select I Agree.

    If these instructions are not working for you then you will have to provide a bit more information about what is happening before anyone will be able to figure out how to help you.

     

    It is possible that if the laptop is old that it doesn't support the Play Store, but new laptops from the last couple of years all do and so do some older laptops. If it is an older laptop, then you can look it up on the compatibility list below.
