  1. With horomones, everyday stress and other factors, many of us have to deal with depression.  There are many different techniques to try when you feel yourself getting into a funk that have been proven to help. Some of these include:

     

    1. Meditation

    2. Get fresh air

    3. Soak in the tub

    4. Purchase a light therapy lamp

    5. Keep a journal to let out your emotions. 

    6. Work out and get blood pumping
