MLB TV Extra Innings Subscription: What are the pros and cons?
I'm considering joining up for mlb tv extra innings for the last 3 months plus postseason of the 2021 season. I had mlb tv in 2020 and really enjoyed it, but I struggled with a few annoying things.
I'm wondering what others love or hate about it.
What has been your experience?
Here is my list:
- MLB streaming quality - Oftentimes the mlb stream quality would be significantly downgraded and pixelated, even though I have Verizon FIOS for internet speeds. I remember the same problem when I was using Comcast xFinity and just assuming it was Comcast that was the problem. Apparently it might be MLB?
- Blacked Out Games - This was a significant problem for me for both local feeds superseding my home team feed and ESPN or Fox taking over for some Sunday games.
- MLB TV Price - I found the mlb tv cost of $129.99 to be on the borderline of worth it to stream all the games. Are there any cheaper alternatives?
Additional Questions I have:
- MLB TV refund - How hard is it to get a refund and do they offer partial refunds during the season if you aren't happy?
- MLB TV Logins - Can I use my social media to login anytime soon to login to mlb tv? It's annoying that I have to have a separate username/password mlb.tv login!
