When can I quit this new project I am working on?

I have a small business and I have used all the resources within my reach to make it work but I am still not seeing any progress. It is becoming frustrating and I want to quit. Is there a sign I should look out for?

A lack of progress is ALWAYS frustrating.  As Eienstien once said: "The deffinition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result".  With THAT said:  What gets measured..gets done.

Identify the variables in your project. And MEASURE EVERYTHING.

What can you change?  What can you add/delete?  Then measure the progress.  Give yourself reasonable time frames for progress to show up. You may find that you ARE making progress...but not where most people put their focus:  The Big Payoff.  In your case it may not be a case of "try harder" but "try different".  If you're not seeing measurable progress, what do you have to lose?  Try new things and the right combination just may do the trick for your project.  Good Luck!
