Major certification exams are protected by copyright and companies that create them tend to eagerly bring lawsuits against anyone violating their intellectual property. To get the exact questions and answers you would need access to every current form of the test and the matching answer keys for all of those test variations, and you would be purchasing stolen materials in doing so.
