Why won't Windows allow me to add the word "Villainess"?

I have been using Windows since Windows 3.0, so before you start telling me how to add a word to my custom dictionary or uninstall and reinstall the dictionary, hold up. The problem is not that I don't know how to add a word...it's that Windows 7, 8 and 10 will not allow me to add this word: Villainess.

I have added this word at least a dozen times each on my different computers and none of them will actually add the word. I can add other words, for instance, the word Monogatari is in there, just fine. But "Villainess" will just not stick. You may want to understand that I use this word rather more often than most people: I edited a book called Absolute Power about lesbian Villainesses and I am currently reviewing a series I'm in Love with the Villainess and every single time I write about "Villainess" I have to type it out and put it in a note to cut and paste, because I am a shitty typist and mistype constantly AND Windows will just not add it to the dictionary. I have tried it on Windows 7, 8 for Surface and 2 different Win 10 computers and it will just not stick.

I want to know why.

I don't ever care about fixing it now, I just want to know the deal with this word!
