Canva: How to change the color of an image?

I'm not a graphic artist by any means, but Canva makes it pretty painless. I found an image that I love, but I'm not seeing a way to change the color. Here's the image in question:

I'd like to try this with different color backgrounds. Not orange. Can I do this with Canva? The background remover doesn't take out all of the orange (only the top and the bottom, not between the keyboards) so that's out. Using a filter changes the piano keys from white to a weird filtered shade. What can I do? I don't really want to use other programs; I feel the most comfortable with Canva right now.

The easier way to change the color is using a photo editing software, where you can select the color, choose the range of selected color, and adjust the color to a color of your choice. I don't know Canva but I do know Photoshop and similar software that can do that in just three steps. But if you don't know how to work the softwre it might be just easier to ask someone to do it for you. Gimp and Paint.net are two relatively common image editing software that are free.

This is from a free PS-like software that I just did for example.

And this is from another free software - took the purple one and changed again.

EDIT: Okay, took me a bit because I don't subscribe, but I went exploring on Canva. and changing a color may actually be very easy if I've got this right. 1. Click on the color area you want to change in t he image. Each color area is a separate item so you can select individually. 2. Click on the little color box in the upper left corner of the work area. A color palette sidebar will open up. 3. Select the color from the color palette, click on the color, and voila, it changes.
