Android phone cannot send photo to hotmail account

So, here's a thing: Suddenly my Note phone appears incapable of sending a photo to my hotmail account.  Used to-  it was bulky, but I don't like having everything everywhere- my phone is mostly a phone, my tablet is a reader, and if I want my usual email, I use my laptop.  But suddenly this past week, when I use the app-widget thingie to send a photo to my primary email (NOT the phone's primary, which is gmail, of course)  for use on my laptop, it appears to go, but never appears in my hotmail account.

Days later- still no pics.  Tried 'em again, still no pics.

Any ideas?

    I'm not sure if this is the issue, but Google released as software update that broke a lot of functionality of the webview piece of Android apps.

    I know that has been causing all sorts of inconsistent behavior with Android apps. I'd recommend making sure you're upgraded to the patch and try again?


    It may not be the problem, but it just might be.
