Liability for business test case

I am starting a business leading multi day bicycle tours and backpacking trips. To practice and get started, I am planning a trip and inviting some friends (and friends of friends). I am not charging any money for this trip. Would I be liable if someone fell off their bicycle and was injured? I haven't filed a DBA, set up any bank accounts etc. I am planning on building a website before the trip.
