Snapchat should be able to help you with this. From their help page:

If you’re not able to change your password, please contact us.

Be sure to include an email address that you have access to so that you can receive a response from support. Support may need to request additional information to verify your identity, such as your username, when you lost access to your account, etc.

They can see when your account was created, they activity on it, when your contact email was changed, and other things. They can make all manner of changes from their end. Give them as many details as possible to help them with this. Write it out clearly and calmly. They don't need to know why you broke up, just info about your account and discovering that you'd lost access to it, with his name and username. If you still have access to the email address that you originally used to create the Snapchat account, it makes all of this thst much easier for them to determine that it is really you and not someone trying to trick the company into giving them access to your account.

  3. I think Jeffrey is spot on with this answer. I would try contacting them again, make sure you have the dates when all this happened, and access (hopefully) to the original e-mail you used to sign up with Snapchat.

They have an entire support page dedicated to what to do if your Snapchat account has been hacked. You can find that here:

Explain the story and they should get you back online.
