Is it normal for different psychiatrists to give completely different treatment plans for the same patient?

I have seen three different psychiatrists in the past year or so, and each one proposed a completely different medication progression than the others (e.g., Dr. A prescribes SSRIs or SNRIs, Dr. B wants mood stabilizers, and Dr. C wants only stimulants). Should there be more of a consensus, or is it normal to have your medication progression depend significantly on the doctor?
