Utah National Parks

Planning a trip later in the year to visit Utah parks. Current plan is to fly into Salt Lake City and visit Arches, Bryce Canyon, and Zion and fly out of Vegas. I've read a few online reviews and itineraries with conflicting info. Has anyone done a similar trip and havesuggestions? Also, are Monument and/or Canyonlands worth a stop?
