What’s the best booze to add to apple cider?
I've always wanted to try spiked Cider as a nice holiday drink, but I have no idea how to make it. I don't wanna add something that might be gross since I don't drink a lot of liquour.

Oh, try rum or bourbon. Bourbon is what we'd use for a hot toddy, it's full and rich, adds a lot to cider. And rum, can't go wrong with rum Both would be very compatible with the cider, and add a little zip to the flavor. Spiced rum would add a lot of zip. See about getting the little bottles to run flavor tests, see what you like best. I wouldn't do vodka, it has too dry a taste, well, no taste really. And rye whiskey could do the trick too. And Southern Comfort should be an option. Add orange slices to the cider for a nice garnish.
Depends on your tastes. If you like sweet drinks, spiced rum might do nicely, or maybe some dessert wine and a bunch of cloves, cinnamon and such. If you appreciate drier tastes, the traditional spike for cider is brandy. You can still zing it up with spices.
