What's the longest I should go without an oil change?
I haven't gotten an oil change all year, with covid going on my driving is almost 0. How long is it safe to wait before I really need an oil change?

Get your oil changed when the schedule on the driver's door says to, otherwise expect to pay about $5K for a new engine. That happened to me, because I ignored the oil light on my dash for 6 months and topped up my oil with the wrong type. I ignored the light because I have a Mini Cooper, made by BMW, and the software that BMW sells other garages does not include the patch necessary to allow them to turn off the panel light that says, "Bring it in for service now!" and I got used to ignoring all the lights. So I hate BMW for it, but it was still my fault.
