Did Abraham Lincoln really have Marfan syndrome?

Marfan syndrome is a rare genetic disorder that results in very long limbs and heart problems. At 6'4", Abraham Lincoln was tall by today's standards, but very tall in the 1800s. Some have speculated that between his height and unusual appearance, he may have had the disorder. Is this confirmed?
