What kind of freezer storage options are there for people who want to stay eco-conscious? I usually make a big batch of pizza sauce and freeze portions to use later. Same thing with chicken bones and veggie scraps to make broth. Putting these things in reusable Tupperware is great, but the food gets full of ice crystals and freezer burns, so I usually end up just using plastic ziplock bags.
