After flushing the toilet, it's making an incredibly loud and vibrating jackhammer sound. After doing some research online, I've found out that this is a common problem and is called "water hammer." I've seen different fixes on several websites, but am wondering if anyone has had personal experience with this? Did you hire a plumber to fix it or did you fix it yourself?
