Unemployment

What is the unemployment rate vis-a-vis the jobs available in your area?  For instance, in my area, unemployment hovers around 11%, and, according to Indeed, there are 9 new jobs- 3 are gig jobs- and 17 from last week (5 requiring specific military specialty/technical knowledge, same 5 gig jobs).
