    You can clean screens from the inside. Get yourself a big sponge, like for washing cars, and use a water sprayer bottle. From inside the porch, spray the screen, then use the big sponge that you've wetted but wrung out so it won't drip, and just wipe from top to bottom. You might want to leave some rag at the bottom of the screen to collect water that spills down. If the screens are excessively dirty from the outside, just use the large sponge to wipe down before working from the inside. And the problem that sometimes presents is that the windows are too high, so just clean from the inside if that's the case. Or you could use a sponge mop if that will reach far enough. Just make sure the sponges aren't dripping wet and you should be fine.
