  1. Do you tend to dream about her when you're stressed more? Do you find you have anxiety when it comes to bedtime knowing you're going to see her again? The first thing to do is to forgive her. Write a letter to her but never mail it. Talk about why, what, and how she impacted your life. The last line should read, "I forgive you. I forgive me." By reading your own words you have now come to terms with this person. 

    To relieve the anxiety before bedtime, try using non-electronic activities. This can look like doing a crossword, reading a book, or having a warm shower. This gives your mind the chance to slow down and process the day, allowing for a better night's sleep.
