Other than paid ads, how do you get more leads during the time of COVID?

Since COVID-19 began, most if not all networking events have been cancelled, rescheduled, or changed to be virtual. I am a business owner that just began accepting clients this year. I have been using paid Google ads which led to the current clients that I have right now. However, once their projects are complete, I'll need to get more. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get clients without having to spend more money?
