I'm travelling to Chester, CA next week to visit my sister. I'll be staying awhile so I'm wondering how safe is it? I don't really know much about the neighborhood and my sister has never been terrribly concerned about safety. Does anyone know anything about the area and can tell me if I should bring my family with me since she has the room, or would it be safer to just go myself?
